Truly you are right! I sensed something there on the ID card. that card doesn't look like NYSC ID card. because I saw 2016 year of service of which there are no 2016 year serving Corp members. So this could... If this happened during his 2016/2017 service year and from the letter I saw from the hospital to NYSC for financial support, I am very disappointed at NYSC and the federal government as I their sole responsibility to take care of serving Corps members even if it's headache rather than saying that after medications, write to NYSC for refunds of Finance spent. That's bad! And to me if all this can't be met and reviewed by federal Government and NYSC, then it should be scrapped as no proper care for Corps members. Is this how armies are treated, No! So why are Corps members treated like this? The day I saw my call up letter, I saw state of deployment 'kebbi state' I wailed and wailed. I grumbled, lamented in confusion. But I had no choice, so I set off from portharcourt on the tedious sojourn. The journey was very very very far. Here's a rundown of the journey in case you're posted here . From Portharcourt -- imo (our tyre exploded) imo -- onitsha -- delta -- edo -- kogi -- Abuja (our tyre exploded again!) Abuja -- kaduna -- Zaria -- zamfara -- katsina -- sokoto -- kebbi
From Birnin kebbi to Dakin Gari lga where the camp is situated is about 3 hrs. We would have gone through Niger state but the road from Niger to kebbi is bad. So welcome to Nysc permanent orientation camp Dakin Gari. The state of equity. If you see kebbi on your CUL don't cry, just sit back and enjoy your ride. Apart from the extremely hot weather from morning till night, the place is okay. The weather is so hot that you'll keep drinking water but won't urinate. Lol. The soldiers and officials are quite friendly, you'll enjoy it.

Yes, anything is possible...Assuming you are part of B16 Stream2 pcms and Nysc now merge you with A17 and they nw do their normal shuffle and divide A17 into stream1 and stream2 and you end up in A17 stream2 what wil be ur reaction? Isnt dat wickedness?

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has concluded arrangements for the mobilization of the 2016 Batch B, Stream 11 Prospective Corps Members. In a memo sent to all State Coordinators, orientation exercise for the scheme will begin on the 26th of January and ends on the 16th of February.
It could be recalled that the DG of NYSC Brig. Gen Suleiman Kazuare had assured that stream 11 orientation exercise will commence in January 2017. “So far, we have received the green light from the relevant government agencies to prepare for the mobilisation of all qualified prospective corps members. However, the limited cumulative capacity of the orientation camps nationwide necessitates a second stream orientation course for the 2016 Batch B, which is being planned for January 2017" the DG said.
The timetable for the orientation exercise will be officially announced through NYSC official medium in the coming days.
Printing of CUL- 23rd....25th of January.
Orientation exercise - 26th Jan....16th Feb.
Swearing in Ceremony - 30th January.
