Where there is a wrong, there is a right. Where there is a wrong, there is an equal remedy. EVERY TENANT IS ENTITLED TO A NOTICE TO QUIT BEFORE HE/SHE CAN BE PROPERLY EVICTED. |

Can a tenant be evicted without being issued/served the regular quit notice? Yes! Where a quarterly or half-yearly tenant is in arrears of rent for a period not less than 12 months, he/she is not entitled to a notice to quit! |
