While addressing the reasons for the previous refusal on a separate cover letter, will it make sense for me to attach the refusal letter? And am I going to book another appointment for biometrics? Cuz Canadian biometrics is valid for 10 years, I don't know of UK own. Thank you.

1. Your living cost is high compared to your salary.

2. Your estimate for the trip is too high! Regardless of the exchange rate. Your estimate should not be more than N4M in my estimate

3. Paying for priority screamed desperate! You wasted money!

4. Your N12m account balance does not add much value as far as UK visa goes. Your account balance mucst make sense - it's not just about having a lot of money

5. I won't advise you to reapply this year. Build up your savings by cutting down your monthly expenses.

6. Next time, please ask for guidance and avoid wasting money in this economy.

You suggested I should not apply this year again. Does it mean if I reapply now, based on the fact that I already told them my leave is September, I would likely be denied again even if I clearly address the reason for this refusal?

You are too desperate. If someone is truly earning 1million naira monthly, why are you bringing up sales of property and so on… it is obvious so much is going on underneath ad you are trying too hard to prove a financial status that is non existent… if I can smell it from a mile away, how much more a visa officer who is seeing all your documents… they can see through all of this.

is not about explaining ,was there evidence to show how u get the money maybe you have been saving it for sometimes or u invest in something and it yield or maybe you sell properties etc that is why I said print like 1 year bank statements

I didn't add my savings evidence. I only talked about it in the explanation letter. Can I add some other sources of income like sales of property in the new application?

yes reduce your budget ,that is what I help u with 1600-1700 pounds is ok for 10days u don’t need flight booking for visa but u need hotel reservations check booking .com you will see!

The hotel reservation I used for the refused application was from Booking.com

Perhaps I may just need to search for cheaper ones.

Do you suggest I reduce the balance I have in the account?

And can I reapply immediately? Cuz the Leave is September.

So if you have truly 12 million in your account, then you would blow 8.5 million in 10 days on central london? No one who is truly earning money will do that in 10 days especially as your disposable income is 400k monthly….
The unexplained large deposits in your account were also a factor that worked against you.

I did explain those deposits in the letter but I don't think they read the letter.

Aside reducing budgeted amount for the 10 days trip, which other things do you suggest I work on? Because I even explained the source of income of the bank statement in a letter I submitted with the documents but I don't think the visa officer read it...

Ops! Thank you for this. So do you suggest I reduce the amount I plan to spend for 10 days? If yes, how much do you recommend with the current exchange rate? Then what if the hotel reservation and flight booking amount are more than that or I won't have to submit hotel reservations?

I strongly doubt if the visa officer really read the explanation letter I submitted because I explained how the money entered the account there. And some transactions on the account statement were from te company account. I AM TIRED!!!

Any firm paying HR 1million naira monthly should be a large one as if Hr alone collects 1m then the rest of the staff… so in essence should be a big company. The presence alone on the web would have been able to cancel all their doubts.. so I doubt your job is real. Sorry to say.
Why do you intend to spend 8.5million for 10 days trip? What was the rationale behind this?

*THE 10 DAY HOTEL RESERVATIONS I BOOKED IN CENTRAL LONDON IS AROUND 5M NAIRA. THE ROUND TICKETS FLIGHT IS LIKE 2M. THE I BUDGETED 1.5M FOR SHOPPING, TOURIST CENTERS ENTRANCE TICKETS AND OTHER MISELANOUS. WHICH MAKES IT 8.5M AND I HAVE 12.2M BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. I EVEN PAID FOR PRIORITY 😢 😭
