Earlier today being Sunday 25th October 2020 , a large crowd in Jos broke into the Plateau Agricultural Development Program (PADP) and surrounding shops to loot fertilizers, agro tools and supplements, machine, and cash savings, despite the 24hrs curfew imposed in the LGA, following the looting in Bukuru Jos south LGA yesterday.

the Special Task Force (STF) quickly mobilised to the site to disperse the crowd with warning shots into the air to no avail. when back up finally arrived they began arresting as many as possible and are now held at the state headquarters with promise to prosecute them in accordance to the law.

Marlians have been at the receiving end of SARS brutality due to their lifestyle and fashion statements. This probably inspired Naira Marley: the initiator of the marlians movement to slate a protest for the end of SARS couple of days back but chickened out at the tail of of the propose date on grounds of a promise by the IGP to look into the matter.

Even though, the #endSARS movement has been ongoing for a while now, but if the protest by naira Marley had taken place, today, he would have been celebrated as the most visible face that led to the end of SARS. It was after he chuckled out of the proposed protest that random individuals took it up and it gained momentum spreading across the federation such the IGP had no other option but to listen and dissolve SARS just a few days later.
Other celebrities joined in the trend online and offline only after it has gained momentum.

who know if Naira Marley was meant for a time like this in Nigeria and he failed respond to the universe call. I believe he will kind of ashamed of himself right and will try and console himself by trying to justify failure.

Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi state, stated few minutes ago that there are ten (10) Governors from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) that are waiting to join the Ruling All Progressive Congress (APC). This He said while responding to questions fielded by seun okinbaloye of channels tv in Politics Today.

When asked of his opinion regarding the speculation about the strength of the Party, going by the trending crisis within the party. He first stated that the party is strong and very United which will be proven in subsequent day/weeks starting with the Edo and Info governorship election. He regretted the loss of Edo State Governor; Godwin Obaseki to the PDP stating that the party will be glad to him back and that there are 10 PDP governors that are waiting to join the APC and will be unveiled soon.

Going by what happened in Edo state, when decision do not favour the ambition of most governors, they tend to Port to the next party that can guarantee their ambition been fulfilled. Gov. Yahaya Bello is speculating worse crisis going to hit PDP soon to have come the conclusion that 10 PDP governors are waiting to join the APC

I have this blog of about 3years old and another one i created less than a year ago. Applied for AdSense with the recent one and got approved then added the former to the list of sites in the AdSense account which as been verified and currently showing adds.

My problem is that the older blogger is having traffic of about 6 times the recent blog but this is not reflected in the AdSense dashboard in earnings, Page views and clicks. It contribution is almost insignificant, WHY

After been bombarded with Contract Law and Arbitration and knowing that it will be quite some time before I could use them in practice, I decided to look for somewhere these principles can be applicable. It made sense when considering marriage as a contract.

The main reason why God created the man and the woman, joining them together in Marriage is so they can raise godly seed; godly children (Malachi 2:15).

Thus, from the construction industry's perspective, the intended Project of every Marriage Contract is Godly Children, the contractor that executes this project is the wife and the client / Financier is the husband.

The Project procurement system in marriage is the Traditional Procurement system; where the design intent must be completed alongside other necessary documents before the contract is executed (customary and legal requirements).

As the client (potential husband), be clear with what you want; (have an intent) and be conscious of the what you must give up to get it (the cost). Don't send out invitation to treat (ask a lady out) if you have no intent to treat (take her in).

As a potential wife (contractor), before making your offer in response to any invitation ( toast), do not just consider the capacity of the potential client (husband) but also your capacity to deliver on the project. Be sincere to yourself, with what you have, your attitude, your lifestyle,... Can you deliver on the project of raising godly children. Do not make the mistake of reducing your offer; bidding low by enduring or pretending to be unconcerned with certain behaviours from him in other just to enter into the marriage contract.
Moreover, the client is not under obligation to award the contract to the contractor with the lowest bid, there are other technicalities he also consider.

The marriage contract with all things been equal is binding for a life time legally, spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, etc. Hence study all the conditions and terms of the contract both expressed and implied before executing any marriage contract.
