DOOSNAS:LoL...not possible, but am asking you who has watched or still watching the series already to tell me what you think about it, and do you think its worth the hype or its overrated? |
Are you watching Empire on Fox?? Seriously, are you among the 16.18million viewers who started-off the 2nd season (premiered- september 23, 2015) of this super interesting Tv series? Well, compared to the 9.90million viewers who started off the show from the premier in January, 2015 on the 7th. Okay, let me catch my breath..whewww!! Empire is a very interesting soap opera aired on Fox. It has generated very positive reviews around the world, with various degree of plus and strengths. Wait, In my opinion, I didn't see/find the true buzz the TV series has created/generated since it started airing - I can boast of some soaps that were/are super interesting, captivating and soul relating than Empire... well, I think this TV series is OVERRATED.... Do you feel same?? What do you think about it ![]() |
myners007:LoL...choose one please!! |
20th Century Fox Rated PG-13 for sci-fi action violence, and for language... Running time: 106 minutes. Fantastic Four feels like a 100-minute trailer for a movie that never happens. At this point in the ever-expanding cinematic superhero game, it behoves filmmakers who gets involved to have at least a mildly fresh take on their characters and material, but this third attempt to create a worthy cinematic franchise from the first of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby's iconic comic book creations, which can genuinely claim to have launched the Age of Marvel, proves maddeningly lame and unimaginative. Die-hard fans undoubtedly showed up, so did the box-office results for this Fox release fell far short of what Marvel achieves with its own in-house productions. The latest reboot of the Fantastic Four — the cinematic equivalent of malware — is worse than worthless. It not only scrapes the bottom of the Marvel-movie barrel; it knocks out the floor and sucks audiences into a black hole of soul-crushing, coma-inducing dullness. And, guess what, it's an origin story. That's right. A gifted young cast (Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, Michael B. Jordan) has been hired to freshen the plot, like an old LovePeddler trying to pass as jailbait. No go. So, of course, they jump into the teleporter and get transformed into — spoiler alert! — the Fantastic Four. Except nothing about this misbegotten, cynical attempt at franchise-rebuilding is fantastic. That includes the crude, cheap-looking, unspecial effects that turn Reed into the stretchy Mr. Fantastic, Johnny into the Human Torch, Sue into the Invisible Woman and Ben into a pile of rocks called The Thing. Fantastic Four is a pile of something, too. You fill in the blank. Courtesy: www.cinema214.com |

AVATAR by James Cameron has always been my favorite movie of all time since after its release. Not just the fact that its the highest grossing movie in world history, it had fascinating cinematography with 3D effects that factually became some of the inventions used today...explicit acting and superb storyline. I got charmed when I watched it. Sincerely, I dreamt/wished I was wearing that purple-like skin and sprinting around with a tail and standing over 8ft tall...lol... I will talk about James Cameron in my next post...but isn't he incredible? To me, he is Epic! Share your favorite movie of all time let's findout the movie everybody loves...!! #BringItOne |
wx9Z:I can't agree otherwise!! Funding is one of the keys... |
inimitkel:OmG!! Seriously I can't believe these films exist...but what's wrong with publicity? Or is the fault not on that? The thing is, considering a Hollywood film, you will see the turn out of people rushing to Cinemas around the world to watch the premiere of a particular movie...u know why? Because there has been BUZZ and deep publicity, no wonder most of them make their money back...what's the problem with really good Nollywood films Truth is, if there are good films like the ones u just listed here, then why aren't they everywhere...??*confused** |
Macdove02:Are you kidding me?? All these films exist?? I haven't really stepped on any of them truly...but thanks for the assignment, I will find em and watch em asap... But really, what can you say about the movies, what makes them different from the regular unrealistic and unbelievable Nollywood films we see thrown around regularly ![]() |
