bros ,the site is good but there are many fraudsters there and most of them are nigerians. The number one way u will know them is once u tell them u want to use paypal ,they will start preaching to u about trusting them and so on like that,they will even tell u they have been doing business with nigerians since 1800ad,the next thing is they will ask you to wire the money to them. Don't fall for the us number they will be using. Go to the site and study it very well, there are many legal and good sellers there though. And the worst aspect is there is no way cellpex can help u recover ur money unlike aliexpress and ebay. I have never used their escrow payment anyway. Always insist on paypal for any transaction with usa website or dealers,paypal usually supports the buyer more than the seller.

I won't be surprised if that site is cellpex.com ,the op is still hidding the name of the site because he believes it is a nice and secret money making site. Never wire money to anyone , always insist on paypal because u can always use their buyer protection policy,don't fall for ridiculous cheap prices ,always use ur brains and always check out customer reviews about sites or sellers before buying .

what you actually buy is a clone galaxy s4 not the original although it is produced by Samsung the guy is MEDIATEK. With low ram.i will look for a site to help u solve the issue

Don Demu: Pls i got this samsung galaxy s4 this morning, not brand new but "London-used". The issue i have is the phone is stocked on 2G as when i go to Settings>>mobile-networks, it will not change from "gsm only" to WCDMA or GSM/WCDMA(auto). Kindly assist me cos i have been going up and down google, android forums, youtube etc;and solution that seems to work for others refused to work on mine. I had to fall back on tethering wifi from my galaxy tab just so i can open a web page on the Galaxy S4 with no High BP. I am using Airtel on it and the sim seem to have 3G provisioning cos i tried on two other devices and the "H" sign with arrows pointing up and down was on the screen and the speed was fast. techno is a good device. the company is growing fast.but I don't thing It will meet up with the big company like Samsung HTC LG Sony etc why because
1. is not sold in china or any other country
2.is only sold in Nigeria were people like cheap thing's.
3.it will not work with any other network outside Nigeria.
