You are very correct, i installed freedom but it didnt open on my device so i immediately uninstalled it. But getapp & blackmarket had not been downloading before the installation of freedom.
Thank God i was able so resolve the play store issue, i can access the market again but i havent found a way round the issue of blackmarket & getapp's inability to download despite reinstalling them.
And for those who might inadvertantly have similar play store issue, what i did was use sd maid to search for 'freedom'. Two files were found & i just deleted the files using the same sd maid, cleared the cache & data of play store, play services, disabled both play store & play services, deleted my google account then reboot my device.
After booting, i enabled both play store & play services then added my google account.
I hope this will help somebody.

I guess u are either using psiphon or simple server to download with it try using normal data plan or another vpn app and your black mart will start downloading back same thing happened to me I den discovered it was psiphon was the problem
