We are seeking a highly capable and dedicated individual to serve as a Temporary Personal Assistant and Resident Property Manager for a private residence.

Location: Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a 3-bedroom apartment, including all housekeeping and maintenance duties, while residing on the property as the sole caretaker
Perform various personal assistance tasks, including running errands, filing documentation, and attending relevant meetings on behalf of the client
Represent the client professionally in all interactions
Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills
Act as a proactive and reliable representative for the client
Assist with any other tasks or duties as required

Qualifications:
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or OND
Age between 25 and 40 years old
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed-oriented and professional
Outspoken and confident
Able to provide valid identification and documentation to confirm legal residency in Lagos State and authorization to work
Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
Able to provide 3 references from family members residing in Lagos, Nigeria, and 2 professional references
Willing to work flexible hours and be responsive at all times
Possesses a positive, humorous, and respectful attitude

Salary Range: ₦50,000 - ₦70,000 per month, depending on the experience and at the discretion of the client.

This is a temporary, live-in position, and the selected candidate will be the sole person responsible for overseeing the property while residing on the premises.
