Tnx Redcliff and Siena. NL, kindly share your experience ejor. Your info and experience will definitely guide me and some others that may ask the question in the future. Better still, do also kindly recommend on the choice of small/small budget and rugged cars that have wonderful fuel economy on AC usage so to speak. |
redcliff: lol. if you are looking for fuel economy on AC with the VW GOlf3, that wont work..i use one aside and i can say its not as economical as you think it is when it comes to AC and fuel consumption.Really? First hand experience of this nature will definitely help me. Would you mind sharing some more on your experience in this regard pls? What other range of small cars can serve the purpose in your opinion pls? Tnx |
Hello Car Gurus, kindly help me out here. I do quite a distance to and fro work everyday-I live in the outskirts of Lag. Got other cars but using AC in the intense heat these days in Lagos recharged traffic gridlock of nowadays is no joke fuel wise. Am considering getting a very small car-Golf 3- with the mindset of switching on the AC on all through the traffic at least for a little comfort. I'd like to know you guys experience with Golf 3 fuel economy with AC. Lots of people have told me the car is rugged to the teeth;but almost all the guys opened up that they cannot make same comment if one uses the AC. Does GOLF 3 have impressive fuel economy with the AC on? Thanks for your kind response. Am hoping Ikenna and Siena and other car experts would avail me with their ever reliable response here. |
