I'm not sure if I understand your purchase requirements. Are your purchase decisions set to only options delivered by your contact? Also is the purchase urgent? I am asking because I previously said it is not a great price in light of the other options I listed.

The laptop you mentioned in this post doesn't have the CPU model number, just that it's an i7 8th gen. There are multiple i7 8th gen CPUs. It also doesn't have the particular GPU, just that it's 4GB VRAM. However I will still say it is decent for 620k.

If you are asking if the laptop is good, yes. It is up to you to now determine if you are happy with the price.

The G6 of 550K has a better CPU, GPU and price than this one.

The G6 I mentioned is better in every way than this G5.

What do you want to use the laptop for? This could help decide what features are worth going for, in case you want to go for a different laptop entirely. Do you want a light weight one? A powerful one? Are you doing 3D CAD, Game Design or playing Games? Programming? Or just general browsing and Office applications?

It is for gaming , wanna do some 3D Cad program and general browsing as well . That is why I am looking for HP Zbook . Please what is ur final opinion on the posted laptop ? Wanna try to purchase it today and I have negotiated it to 620k

for 550,000. The CPU and GPU on these are better than one the G5 you listed. The extra 16GB or RAM that the one you listed has over this one can be bought for 60 to 80K later, if you need it.

One thing to note about the HP Zbook series is that they come in a wide array of configurations, different CPU, screen resolution, screen type, GPU type etc.

personally I believe the 550K is the better option.

Also to clarify some confusion I have seen on this post. The HP Zbook 15 series are all 15 inch laptops. The 15 in the name @HP Zbook 15 G5" stands for 15.6 inches screen size. There is also the HP Zbook 14 and HP Zbook 17 for different screen sizes.

Personally I would always advice workstation laptops, they are built wonderfully and have many benefits that normal laptops do not, for example the G5/G6 have four ram slots, two m.2 ssd slots and a sata slot in addition.

The G5 HPs have 8th gen Intel processors, Xeon or i-series, and the G6 have 9th Gen. If you don't need the powerful CPU or GPUs that these ones have, you could also go for a more power efficient modern Intel like 12th gen plus. To get a 12th gen plus for this price range, you would probably not have a dedicated GPU, but the modern ones would have better battery life and run cooler.

Bro this laptop is the Bomb!! you can't get anything better than this, the price is good!!
Even my own 13inch laptop that doesn't have a dedicated graphics card is around 550k.
So the only thing you should be worried about is not the price, but buying a good laptop that have not been tampered with.

Go to the market, the price I listed there are what you'll get it, unless you have an individual who want to sell urgently at lower price.

The topic is not about low quality tech, if you know what you're buying and you know you can get a better offer else where that's fine.

The topic was about a particular laptop with a particular spec, and someone said it shouldn't be more than #500k lol and I had to tell him the price of these things now.


If you believe you want a specific kind of RAM and SSD on the laptop, just go to the bios setup and check, the ssd/RAM maker will be written along side with size but saying you can get this spec for less than #500k?

Lol funny you, the price of RAM and SSD is making laptops to be more expensive now.

Some of these laptops come without RAM or SSD or they are upgraded.

DDR4 8gb is like #35k that means 32GB should be around #145-150k

256gb SSD is being sold for like #35-38k now and 512gb ssd should be going for let's say #70-75k.

#700k might be high though but saying it shouldn't be more than #500k is wrong, that laptop is way more than #500k now.

He can negotiate with seller though #650-#680k is a fair deal.

As it stands now, some sellers don't even mind selling a laptop for you without RAM and SSD, if you want it that way so you can get them on your own if possible.

I should go for it ? He also said the edges looks wider thank the said inches .

To me, it worth it. This is a workstation lapto, not your regular laptops. It's a workstation laptop equivalent to gaming laptops. It has a dedicated GPU, 32gb ram, 512gb SSD. These specs are great. It's actually the price.

Should i go for it ?

If your Money is still with you, you have the power.... Look around and do price comparison.

Also I expect the laptop edges display screen to be as slim as this, for that amount
