Please how can I Get this sorted out, Is there anyone with similar issues

Please I need help, I paid my MRV visa fee on 13 Aug 2024, And I added the payment on the old CGI portal but I didn't select an appointment date because of this new migration. Now I've created an account on AVITS I am adding my Reference number to a prompt asking if I paid my MRV fees before 26th Aug, I selected yes. Yet it still keeps saying Receipt not found for *****my reference number I got from GTB. Please what do I do. My payment isn't adding up to let me select an appointment date
