Pls my friend just told me that his younger brother that just finished high school wants to go to the mall and its past 10pm. The boy even requested for a car from his mother so that he could meet a certain girl at the mall to see a movie together. His mother rada gave him transport money to go to the mall. Pls tell me your opinion on this. Is the mother right or wrong? He is barely 18 yrs ooh. He is around 16 to 17. Pls tell me your minds.. Thank you.
