Yep guys good day, the best way to reset an itel andriod u need to press n hold the power button and the vold me down button till u see the andriod kit on the screen, then press the volume up bu tt on again. This will give u options from which u wI'll select wipe data/factory reset. You select by pressing the volume down button and validate with the up vold me button, it will show u another long list with lots of NO and 1 item that says wipe user data. Select this option and wait for the data to be wiped, then reboit and it's fine
