it has jurisdiction over criminal matters..The CCB was established by the provisions of paragraph 15 (1) of Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule to the 1999 Constitution, which provides thus: “There shall be established a tribunal to be known as Code of Conduct Tribunal which shall consist of a Chairman and two other persons” See Section 20 of the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act, CAP 23, LFN.
