Pre-sales means before sales like you have explained but the Umidigi A3 pro has passed the presale level but was still sold at that price. That doesn't mean there will be a delay in shipment, just like those that ordered the A3 after 11/11 some of them have got theres even before we that did. Go the A3 page there is still the presale button there. I hope you understand my explanation

Pre sale means before sale. In an another word, when you order, they will not deliver immediately until the presale period is over.
Dont place an order if its presale o cus your good will not be delivered on time. They will start dispatching after the end of the presale.
Search for other shops that are not running presale now.

The post office staff in your location are thieves. You should have just given them 300 naira. I have never paid more than 300 naira for any phone delivered to me from aliexpress via my local post office. Even when I picked up a more heavier phone than the A3 pro.

Its still 32k on aliexpress till tomorrow. In fact, the price will still reduce by the time other brands start making similar specs at same rate or lesser rate. Just search for umidigi a3 and a3 pro on different stores with different prices will pop up.

Any phone using android version 7 upward supports split screen. In fact, that's the edge android 7.0 nougat has over 6.0 marshmallow.

Well, I don't know anything about iPhone cus I am not an iPhone fan and I have never used iPhone before. Just pointing out what need to be fixed shikena. Imagine how many people will feel disappointed after buying such an iPhone and later discovered no selfie flash light.

The advice seems good but not really the best as we can't guarantee what could happen with time to come and between all the users are not restricted to the same locality neither do they exhibit similar lifestyles and life work... So I think need for parts with time is inevitable.

Having read almost all the pages so far, I recently got interested in this UMI FAMILY but am utmostly concerned about the parts and and repairing knowledge and proximity. Any good advice will be noticed sha.

And, is it obligatory order is placed before getting any UMi device? can't it be gotten from open stores?

Just stick to the popular brands in Nigeria.
