If U are based in abroad, then MSG in your Prickles, Hot dogs, bacon, Meat products, Sausage meat, etc
The fact is that it has not been banned in EU or US. Pls google it yourself.

Food processing cut across chemistry, biology, &engineering.
I want add that foods are both chemical and biological in nature,
inclusive of organic foods, be it rice, beans, oil, fruits,milk,etc

Some contributors have rightly said that Ajinomoto contains monosodium glutamate (MSG). MSG is a food enhancer produce by fungi fermentation of molasses, sugar cane or sugar beet. Many researchers have tested the potency of MSG in causing cancer in mouse. It is still debatable after many years of research finding. True MSG has a bleaching action, but when in food it forms complex food compound.

We eventually sourced from China.
My question still remain why should we go to China to import what we can produce cheaply and easily in Naija.
let collaborate our effort to make Naija a place to be. I will do my part.

I have receive a couple of call, but they are not serious supplier.
Some do not even know what is soya fibre look like, I still feel we
should try and source in Nigeria. But my assertion has so far being
wrong. We will order from China.
I am still awaiting serious supplier of soya fibre locally.
It is cash and carry.

Well we may heading back to back to China, if we do not get a satisfactory one locally.

Slimming that is an insult. Do you know what it means to use 15 tons in 2 weeks.
We import from China and we have what will take us for One month.
But we have a surge in production demand, so we double our production schedule.
That is why I said why should we always go to China for what we can produce easily in Nigeria.
You might have consume our product. Now we are heading again to China, what a shame.
We have soya but many food industries only process to soya flour and soya cake and soya milk.
From Soya beans alone you can get more than ten products. This is a eye opener to me, the nearest
place I have seen satisfactory soya fibre is from South Africa.

It is not only soya it affect, the same goes for other raw materials that we use in the industry.
So we are really in business, but I think it will better for us t source locally, if not let go to india,
China, etc. And what we happen to our country.

my recent experience of sourcing for soya fibre made me to ask this question.
Why do we have to go to China, India , Europe and America to buy what we can easily produce locally?
Why? Why do we to import what God has given us freely?
