The OP was talking about tribal language which is hausa, on the other hand, you were talking about a total Nigerian language, pigin is considered a national language and not meant for ikwere alone.
So telling us expatriates speaks pigin like ikwere is totally wrong as pigin isn't considered an ikwere language.
As a matter of fact, i'm not sure ikwere has any language of their own
