I want brand new, not fairly used phone, in all of these, which one should I go for? Based on durability? I don't want iPhones

After 2 days, Icloud wahala start. Camera unsteady. Battery trips off from 40%. The most painful part he could not return the phone because no warranty.

- It is the op money that will waste if they sell bad phone for him, not your money

- Brand New high end is okay than chasing old flagship. Phone get 5G, crisp display, 8GB RAM, 128/512GB and it's brand new.... What else do one want again chasing old flagship?

- if he must buy UK used flagship anywhere, ensure they give at least 2 weeks warranty so he can return it for another or refund if there is fault in the phone.

- why taking unnecessary risks of "phones that don't carry that message" out of plenty defective phones? What is the probability he won't get defective phones when so many of the phones carry the message?
