This thing is cause by the NCDMB themselves. My only issue with Tolaade is that he doubts the veracity of the recruitment.
It is (was) genuine but was botched from the get go.
And since has been beset with irregularities and inconsistencies. So, doubters have every right to doubt.
We shouldn't argue on this, however.
I have my doubts as to if the recruitment will ever be concluded, and if it will follow due process and not be hijacked by power brokers (if it has not already been). Needless to say, many of us hanging on a thin string of hope are likely to be disenfranchised if it gets hijacked.
All the same, let me (us) keep hoping, after all, "... when desire cometh, it is a tree of life".

All those campaigning for the cancellation ultimately didn't upload their documents. Some didn't pass the first test.
If they uploaded their documents they would be praying for the conclusion of the recruitment even with the minor flaws.
It's not a case of doubting the veracity of the recruitment.
It's pure "bad belle"
We all know the process was not perfect.
A lot of MDAs don't even advertise some recruitments let alone organise tests and interviews.
Some sell to the highest bidder.
If you didn't upload your documents, quietly move on and wish others well.
Nobody knows the true position of the recruitment so allow those who still have hope keep hope alive.

Please, pardon my outburst. I just want to know if there is something fundamentally wrong with Nigerian Agencies/parastatals? None, I mean none of the agencies I have applied for has ever commenced and concluded(some were never even concluded) a recruitment in less than 15 months; NNPC, NLNG, FIRS, DPR, NCDMB. I mean none! I have been in the private industry space for a while now and it doesn't take anywhere near this long to complete a recruitment process. Heck! even multinationals that pay over 3 to 5 times what these agencies pay do not take that long. Will this ever change?
I just want to implore those of us that will successfully be employed into this agency, we can really do better. our leaders in every facet of anything 'Nigerian' has failed us and if this trend continues, we may not even have a country to look towards in the next decade. Gosh, we can really do better.

Someone here beat his chest saying slots will be sold like it's okay.
A few greedy people will corner what belongs to the public.
We have a lot of twisted and unstable minds in Nigeria and things won't change because we're not ready for a change and our system allows the rot.

Fortunately, this happened before the interview process. Meaning interview no longer holds for this particular recruitment. FCC sent the last badge of list back to NCDMB last week for onward APL issuance.

The only process remaining is the issuance of APL which should land in the coming days depending on the ES orders.

As someone generously adviced me; it's an election year and things by standard are expected to shake out with regard to jobs. So look outside of Content (bad as I want it) there might be other opportunities lurking in the corner to take advantage of especially for those with connects.

Were you able to log into the portal top do the necessary updates and uploads before proceeding for screening? I'm confused because till now, I haven't been able to log in. I'm wondering if I'm just supposed to proceed for screening like that or wait till i can log in. I've sent them a mail but haven't received any response yet.

Can't log in because my sluggish department hasn't done the needful.
Don't know whether to pay the department a visit.

For now, the last screening date is Sat January 8, 2022, what could be the cause of the delay in shortlisting names by some departments while others have concluded theirs a long time ago?
This shows how disorganised they are or are they trying to sell some peoples' places?
