At least seven people have been feared dead including a pregnant woman following a building collapse in calabar as a result of the heavy down soup at edem otop, in calabar municipality in cross river state, which lasted for several hours.
Nine persons, including a six month old baby, were in the building when the incident occured. Six bodies were recovered dead and other three including the baby, were rescued alive with several degrees of injuries.
