I’ve been trying to move away from mass-produced fashion and focus more on pieces that feel a bit more personal. Recently I started looking into handmade apparel and noticed there’s a big difference in quality and detailing compared to regular clothing. What I find interesting is how handmade accessories often have small imperfections that actually make them feel more authentic rather than flawed. It also seems like these products last longer if they’re made with proper care. I’m still learning how to identify genuinely handmade items vs mass-produced ones labeled as handmade. Things like stitching, material, and finishing seem to matter a lot. Would be good to hear how others here decide what’s worth buying when it comes to handmade products.
