Okay pls does this scholarship covers flight ticket?

Yes the scholarship covers your flight ticket however the condition is that you pay for the flight ticket when going to Hungary. Once you arrive, you will sign the scholarship agreement form and the flight money will be refunded. You re entitle to flight ticket once a year.

I have the same problem too. I have been trying to apply for the past two weeks. I have different browsers and at different time of the day. Its frustrating already.
