I will suggest you send them emails, send to at least 5 IRCC offices.

I sent emails and got this one on June 26th , and under review documents on my online portal I can see that my additional document is being reviewed. Since I got a mail back should I still keep sending web forms?

Hello guys please I’ve been a quiet member for sometime. I did my biometrics in Lagos on the 16th of June and till today it’s not updated on my portal . My medicals was upfront and it’s passed long before then and I’ve submitted proof of done biometrics on Webform. Has this happened to anyone as well?
