When some APC e-rats were ranting online dat Oshiomole suspension has been lifted by his Ward I laughed. The main challenge b4 Oshiomole and APC is dat it's an appeal court dat upheld his suspension and only a higher court , d Supreme court dat can vacate dat directive. The legitimate APC faction in d eye of d law according to d Appeal Court is dat faction dat suspended Oshiomole and d Chairman of APC at dat Ward level has said dat he is still in APC and d lifting of suspension handed to Oshiomole is null and void. These aspirants emanated from d faction loyal to Oshiomole which d Appeal Court doesn't recognize at least for now.
