Unilag is yet to release it's admissions list so I'm still waiting. But it's nothing to worry about. Specify Unilag as your first choice (federal unis apparently don't like being put down as second choice) - for DE you get two choices.

The DE form is online and can only be filled at certain registration centres which are also the places where you buy the DE scratchcard (about 5000). You'll get a printout to which you attach a copy of your certificates of education, birth and NYSC certificate. This bundle, in addition to a print-out slip from your online DE application, is what you submit at the nearest Jamb office. I'd suggest making three extra photocopies - one for each institution you intend to apply to and one for yourself, as a back-up. You will have to take the photocopies to the admissions office of each institution along with the originals for vetting.

Then you join the long wait train - after submission before pre-admission screening which is, in my opinion, another headache.

Hey, just a quick question for those who got into Unilag via Direct Entry: after you filled the JAMB form and submitted to JAMB, did you have to drop your credentials at Unilag's admissions office (in July).

Hi everyone found this thread while trying to research direct entry into medicine at unilag and I'm so inspired. I've gone through the last 20 pages.

Is there anyone looking to apply for DE into unilag mbbs next year? Perhaps we can keep in touch for when we can apply, how to prepare etc I have a first degree in biochemistry from lag, finished with a 2.1, I've done my nysc and even worked for a bit but my dream is still medicine so considering applying next year... so excited at the prospect. It's amazing how encouraging and supportive the docs on here are. God bless you all!!!
