Experienced Operations Manager needed for a dry cleaning outfit
A cleaning outfit located In the ikorodu is looking to hire an operations person who has the Skill in performing managerial functions associated with the operation of a laundry whose duties are: to advise, or to manage and direct the operation of a laundry
Requirements:
• Minimum of SSCE/O LEVEL
• Must have industry experience, desire, and the ability to work.
• Experience in a factory is a plus
• Must be good with people and able to communicate and direct others in their duties in an appropriate and effective way
• A combination of a practical knowledge of laundry or dry cleaning equipment and processing operations
• Knowledgeable experience about fabrics, be able to operate the cleaning equipment

Responsibilities
• Responsible for hiring and firing of staff members, as well as training and supervising.
• Responsible for creating budgets and making sure the financial aspects of the business are in good order.
• Customer complaints are also handled by dry cleaning managers, who must decide whether to provide refunds, or whether an item must actually be replaced because of damage caused at the shop.
