@Jybz, I dont think Tuniski is bin pessimistic. Rather he is bin real. I ve seen guy cm here wit a lot of prophesy about the list coming out today, 2moro or yesterday. Dis can make those wit faint heart develop high BP. recruitment in Nigeria is like d coming of Jesus: SOON!!. like some pple say prepare for it like it cming 2day and do other things like it will never happen. like Tuniski said NNPC, DPR etc have put ppl in such suspense. Let jst kip doing our tin, wen NSITF is ready, they will call us. I Like d way Oayombo responded to Broncorp/Danto visions of d d coming of appointment letters.
This forum has actually proven d theory dat Nigerians r d most optimistic pple on earth. i love optimism.But let also b real. Check NSITF office nearest to u. what is d state of those offices. At least there is one in every state. At d appointed time, u will c changes and signs. if u notice renovation wrk going on in any NSITF office nearest to u, then d end is come. for now i can tell u let us wait and also kip d forum alive.

Reading todays Dailies i can see dat Jonathan is requesting 4 N98billion for Virement for Ministries and agencies,
There are lots of Ministries der, dat d proposed funds will be chanelled thru, bt 2 my greatest dismay , Ministry of Finance is nt among or any of its agencies, cuz i can see Niger delta takes like 33billion of d money,police agriculture,airforce,navy,foriegn affairs etc,
My question here is are dey(NSItF) truly expecting a GRANT as dey claim or its jst a delay tactics

Guys sorry i have been silent for a while, but it wasnt intentional cos i was trying to very my facts before i post anything,
