I was expecting a collection mail frm TLS since 2nd October I got a successful visa application mail,
I jst received another successful visa application mail again jst dis afternoon...


"Your application for a UK visa (vignette) has been successful. This letter is not a permission to travel to the UK.Before you can travel to the UK, you will need to collect your visa. Please do not attempt to travel to the UK until you have collected your visa.We will contact you when your visa is ready to collect from the visa application centre where you submitted your application.Please do not visit the visa application centre until you are contacted.This letter explains that when you arrive in the UK you will have permission to be in the UK (known as Leave to Enter) as STUDENT DEP PARTNER from 22 Jun 2022 to 31 May 2023.What this means for youWhen you collect your passport/travel document it will contain a visa, which you will use to travel to the UK. The visa is valid for 90 days and you should travel before the visa expiry date.

Your passport go land soon so no worry. Just keep contacting TLS. Talk to them very well and explain to them that you can no longer track your passport since the first decision was made, and that it has been a long time since you submitted again for vignette. It’s just that it is hard to contact BHC directly, else that would’ve been your best option.

Changing flight date means you paying the new fee attached to the new date. Why not just be patient till you get your passport.

From the looks of it, it seems you haven’t been out of the country before?

It doesn’t matter how cheap a ticket is today, the new date determines the new ticket price, so bear this in mind if you decide to go that route.

My aim of booking ticket nw is to get a cheaper flight wit flexible fare nt because am a novice in travelling mata, u sed av nt travel out d country before bliv me I av bin travelling n flying before u thinking of travelling or to see airport....

I noticed flights from December upward ar daam expensive so am thinking of booking a flexible flight ticket on d last day of d 15working days given by d Ukvi for my passport collection...

God forbid if d 15working days given no laap den I can change d flight date ahead....
Nd if I get my passport before d date den i japkaa....

Since May I applied n my application was refused for dia mistake...

I battled through Administrative Review n was giving 1year visa which was backdated frm June to expire May 2023 I don use 7months frm my visa for 9ja n my wife has been so worried October makes it a year without me around her...
Shey u see my I dey para n was giving another 15working days again..

I received a successful visa application decision since xyz and since then my passport has not been ready for collection. Kindly look into this as it has been more than 10 working days since a positive decision was made.

For starters UKVi ddnt ask u to submit your passport so they dont have a trail for that....u went back to TLS to do that on ur own after u the tracker returned your passport without a vignette...

Two......you should have mentioned that have a successful visa application email and that all u are awaiting is a vignette that ur passport is at TLS......

I mentioned d successful visa application in d letter d mistake is d Administrative review headed d letter instead of d main complain as u advised.....

I will b going to TLS dis morning to ask for d passport wit d copy of response I received frm Ukvi yesterday...

Shud i stil send a paid mail to Ukvi again or wait for TLS response?... Pls advise

Dis is d paid mail i sent to Ukvi yesterday,

ATTENTION! ATTENTION!! ATTENTION!!!
I was asked to summit my original travel passport since my Administrative Review was successful on 30 Sep 2022 and a letter explaining that when I arrive in the UK I will have permission to be in the UK (known as Leave to Enter) as STUDENT DEP PARTNER from 22 Jun 2022 to 31 May 2023 was sent to me on 26 Sep 2022.

I submitted back my passport to the embassy (TLS Services Ikeja Lagos ) on the 14th of October, 2022 where I submitted my VAF and ever since the passport was submitted I have not received any response or call for pick up of my visa from the embassy.
I am worried and so is my wife as we have been leaving apart for so long. I plead that urgent attention be given to my case to enable me join my wife as her dependent.
I look forward to hearing from you soonest.

There was no need to mention AR to then again. What you should have told them in your mail was that you have gotten your BRP letter but your passport is not ready for pickup. Once you mention anything AR related they will tell you they have no info. Your case is straight forward, all you should be hammering on is passport pick up delay and not AR again .

No i haven't.... Av nt send a paid mail to dem bt I sent a mail to d home office direct on UKVIPAPRESPONSES@HOMEOFFICE.GOV base on my lawyer's advise n I got d auto response email immediately...
