Try logging into ur normal profile at jamb.org.ng/efacility/ and then (using Chrome and desktop mode) click (or touch) caps on the drop down menu

tanks I ave finally changed d password nd I was asked to type my reg numb I did buh it kept showing me error tho m using a phone to check it

It is not about using diffrent email address, but, knowing the particular email you used for each. Since you are unable to log in, try to use another browser on a computer/laptop. And you can also request for another login details by reseting your password on the jamb portal using 'forget password''

@draei,wi5dom....pls i nid ur advise.during my jamb reg i used my email address den during my uniben reg i used anoda email address..nw i ave bin trying to login into my jamb caps using d email address i used during jamb reg buh its nat goin..do u ave any idea wah i can do abt it
