According to the game(tennis) its expected that at least the game will be an over 17.5 being that its a 3 set game and player a wins d first set 6-0, player b wins the second set 6-0 and player a wins the last set 6-0 ( hypothetically speaking)

Now the bookie will look at a match like that and set it on a 20.5 knowing that neither Serena nor sharapova will 2 straight set, and the fact that both player's will go neck to neck, that's when you start hearing someone won 7-6,6-5,6-4. Now by my calucation that's a 32.5. Remember that the bookie set it at a 20.5, so as a sharp guy, I will go for the over though the under will have a higher odd.

This is the logic behind the over/ under games.

Never go for straight wins in tennis, a 10th seed can shock a 3rd seed and the odd don't be worth it. I Don try, make I go check my European games
