Yh monkeys do experience heart attack also... Jux lyk has already been said in a couple of comments above, monkeys being primates and belonging to de class mammalia put them in the same line of nervous responds as humans... Lyk humans secrete the catecholamines otherwise known as flight hormones ( epinephrine n norepinephrine) in responds to frightening situations n stressors, monkeys do same... These neurotransmitters have prompt effect on the whole circulatory system but emphasis on the heart, which tends to elevate the hearts pumping action (cardiac output) in effect stressing the myocardium (heart muscles) decreasing it's contractility n ejection of blood as such leading to an eventual heart attack or cardiac arrest... Monkeys therefore experiencing heart attack may seems funny but is very possible. Other possible causes though may be due to fat embolism within the coronary arteries of the heart itself among other factors.

Am a Ghanaian n very much in support of dz development.. It appears lyk stupidity pervades throughout the African continent, I happen to live with dis same noise-making tin from one church jux a stone's throw away from my residence somewhere in Accra.... Wht we Africans don't understand is de basic principle of music therapy; wht sounds pleasant to ur ears may sound otherwise to the nxt soul, besides de decibels of sound from dz churches n mosques in particular is jux too much for de human ear, no wonder most Africans are deaf without even being aware... OK fine, how ll one call chemical elements lyk molybdenum, titanium or even ordinary aluminium in say yuroba or igbo not to talk about de confusion dat ll arise in trying to get a name for a term lyk thermodynamics or electrostatics... mtcheeeew..may be he should rather consider dz local language usage at de infantile n montessori levels n English later as one progresses on de academic ladder...
