I need a help,I mobilized NYSC 2017 batch A but I was exempted for service due to my age,so i got angry and didn't bother about anything concerning NYSC again i didn't even made the online payment then during the registration for call up no and exclusion letter printing, so I tried login today behold this the message on my dashboard "Your exemption certificate has been printed and will be delivered to your institution" so I paid a payment today after three years of registration but nothing on my dashboard please anyone with idea?

I paid for exclusion letter but yet is not out on my dashboard for printing please what's the solution
