I live in delta state Xion: 1. It depends on where you are and your perception of knowledge acquisition.
2. I first learnt it by downloading clips of it from m.vuclip.com
3. Learn the "Naija" version from roadside screen printers, they'll charge you nothing less than 2k for the 2days, but it depends on how much u want to learn it. The essence of learning the "Naija" methods is that you'll find out how to improvise for some of the equipments u don't have.
Just add a little graduate sense to it and u'll be making super bucks, depending on your marketing ability.
