Just a thought oh! 100,000 people applied for a trainee program that will only accommodate 30 people, so they send 30 people their notifications via mail, and the remaining 99,997 were sent SMS to write a test they will never be able to write simply because their quorum is 30 and since they have met quorum they shut down the website...and someone smiles to the bank with 99,997 x N3 assuming that it costs N3 to send the SMS...Na change we dey o but some people will stop at nothing to change the change...Nevertheless this is just a thought o, I am not making any allegations o and it might just be that their connection was down for some other reason!
