Hi am the outreach Coordinator for Wave hospitality. Wave hospitality is an NGO, we are into hospitality and jobs placement.

How we work.
When you apply, we invite you for a 2 phased interview
1st phase to test your IQ
2nd phase to test your Emotional Quotient(EQ)
If you now make it through the interview stage, you ll undergo 3wks hospitality training, so when we give you the job, you ll be able to perform and keep the job, nd not get fired within weeks of getting it
After the training, we place you in jobs, that suits you, with minimum salary of 30k.

We are not a company, we are an NGO. The lies that you have told here has threat the image and integrity of WAVE, you had no fact, or proof, jst hearsay that we asked ppl to take cloths off and collected money. You are an educated person, from the pictures we have posted, does that look like an establishment that ll be into all you have mention. For slandering us, we demand a public apology and total admission of guilt. If not your boss will hear about what you have been using the name of NUC to do on nairaland. And if you think it ends at that, then you must be joking.

anthney87: Is it only for waec graduates? Am a biomedical technologist registered wt nislt and nibe but jobless. Am I eligible to apply? And if yes will d salary scale opp up than the 30k?

Yes you can apply, the reason why we say minimum of 30k is because we want to manage Trainee's expectation. Most of our trainees earn way above 30k.

ayokenny37: any recognized certifate after training?

Yes we have a certificate of participation

ayokenny37: Is it that there are immediate jobs available for the trainees after the paid training?

Yes there are job after the training, we have vacancies but we cant give it to ppl without giving them the required skills to keep the job after getting it, hence the need for training.

Attend the interview 1st, if you make it past the interview stages, even if you don't av money, we ll accommodate you along as you av a good reason for not being able to pay.

No its not free, but we are an NGO, if you pass the interview, and you give us a good reason why you can't pay, then we will work something out for you, so u can attend the training and get a Job.

You all scream Scam, Even when the opportunity is real, because of the mentality the opportunity will pass you by.
Wave hospitality is an NGO that's into creating entry level jobs for school leavers and degree holders who are finding it hard to get jobs. All we want is to empower ppl to reduce poverty level. Still some ppl ll stil say we are a Scam. The Question Rili is if we are a scam why wld we make the form free and easily accessible. What Nigeria youths need to learn is, there are no easy Jobs, when you get half a chance/opportunity, like a footballer you make it whole by put that half chance to good use.
