We all know someone who has been scammed through their bank app, fake alerts, OTP fraud or those "bank security" calls. It happens every day in Nigeria.
I am a Nigerian student doing my Masters in France and I am researching why so many users still fall for these scams despite knowing they exist. Is it lack of awareness? Digital literacy gap? Or something else?
