Salary is generally poor in Ministries...but a good office in Budget & Planning or Foreign Affairs can open you up to opportunities... like the many fully funded foreign trainings for Civil Servants..... all legitimate sources of income (DTA) and the training benefits

They're all on the same salary scale but I'll advise you go with either Ministry of Works or Ministry of Health. People working here touch reasonable money because of the load of work going on in works and health. Especially health, they partner with NGOs alot.

Any girl that says a man is boring, that girl is definitely the boring person among the two parties.

Men are never boring, It's just that most conversation men do engage in/with are intellectual conversation or conversation with substance, and women are not that good with those conversations, but same women are never boring when it comes to materialistic conversations.

Both parties with different field of interests.

Another reasons is when a man/guy is trying to create a conversation everytime so as not to look like he doesn't have anything to say. I dated one like that in the past when I used to care about such things. I would do everything to make the relationship spicy and not boring... because I cared. I'm also an introvert so you can imagine how I went out of my way to make things lively with very little support. I just realized one day that I had become a forced entertainer. It just wasn't my thing.
