Someone should share his experience with me...

Please let me know your experience with pop ceilings....

Hi,

I moved into an appartement a few months ago. There are 4 flats in the compound, and I occupy one downstairs.

The flat above me was initially reserved for the landlord who resides abroad, but there was a change of plan and it was rented out recently. Since the new tenant moved in, I hear impact sounds from them.

Is this how all POP ceilings work, or is it just this particular building that's not well insulated?

I'm planning to leave the house when my rent expires, but I want to know if other downstairs tenants in POP building experience the same thing.

I like peaceful environment, but with this, it's like having rodents in the ceiling. I don't enjoy it.
