he even tried a residential paid 4g proxy too still same.

I don't think it's VPN.
Nigeria does not operate a static ip.
we use dynamic ip here which made it impossible to block a specific ip of a user.
that's the reason you see your ip pointing to binin or Lagos while you're somewhere in the east or north.

But I'll tell my friend to try VPN but I'm pretty sure it's not the issue.
it's either a general server problem or Seun deliberately suspending new registration.

I'm a techy guy and I know alot and forum scripts and others.
