ZENITH SAFETY MACHINE TOOL concrete mixer (often colloquially called a cement mixer) is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. ZENITH SAFETY MACHINE TOOL typical concrete mixer uses a revolving drum to mix the components. For smaller volume works, portable concrete mixers are often used so that the concrete can be made at the construction site, giving the workers ample time to use the concrete before it hardens. An alternative to a machine is mixing concrete by hand. This is usually done in a wheelbarrow; however, several companies have recently begun to sell modified tarps for this purpose. The concrete mixer was invented by Columbus, And also marketed by ZENITH SAFETY MACHINE TOOL LIMITED visit our website @ www.zenithsafetymachinetool.com email: info@zenithsafetymachinetool.com

Icon facilities SERVICE limited Fumigation & Pest Control Services Remove those sickening Pests and Bugs from the premises of your homes and offices through our Fumigation and Pest Control Services. Our solutions assist in the effective prevention of pest in household and commercial premises like Residence, Hotels, Resorts, Ware houses, and Commercial Complexes. We experts are proficient in identifying all kinds of infestations and provide solutions accordingly. We undertake quarterly fumigation of premises; Larviciding, Mist fogging, Spraying, Dusting. Below is a detailed background of the fumigation services required UNDERSTANDING COMMON PESTS BEHAVIOUR AND HABITS PREAMBLE Effective pest control management requires proper understanding of pest factors such as types, biology, habits, available control methods etc. of pests commonly encountered in our environment. It also requires the understanding and manipulation of environmental factors that aid the proliferation of pests and common bugs. We earnestly believe that for a pest free work place, you need to fumigate your office at least once every quarter for the following reasons; PEST FACTORS • TYPES OF COMMONLY ENCOUNTERED PESTS There are numerous orders, families, and species of pests in this environment and quite a number of them have high mutability (i.e. ability to change their properties to new strains within a short period and thus develop resistance to common methods and control agents). The probability of recurrence within a relatively short period of apparent extermination of pests is therefore high. For example, a recent study conducted by a body of pest specialists revealed that for every 1-cockroach seen and destroyed there are 99 others yet to be seen and destroyed. Thus short spaced-out and regular fumigation using updated agents is necessary to overcome the numerous possibilities of the different types of pests. The different groups of commonly encountered indoor pests are as follows; • Cock roaches e.g. Brown, Brown-banded, Surinam, Oriental etc. • Occasional invaders e.g. Bugs, Centipedes, Mites, Beetles, Crickets etc. • Ants e.g. Carpenter, Soldier, Pharaoh, Acrobat, Crazy, Large yellow etc. • Blood feeders e.g. Fleas, Bugs, Lice, Mites etc. • Fabric and pantry pest e.g. Beetles, Bugs, Millipedes etc. • Envenomizing pests e.g. Spiders, Wasps, Scorpions • Vertebrae e.g. Mice, Rats, Worms, Mites, Moths etc. • Flies e.g. House, Cluster, Bottle, Gnats etc. PEST BIOLOGY A common denominator in the biological properties of most pests is the relatively short period of reaching sexual maturity, high number of litters’, and rapid large population build up. For example, the house mouse (Mus musculus Linnaeus) reaches sexual maturity in 30 – 35 days, averages 6 –7 litters, each with at least 6 young mice. Thus if 1 house mouse finds its way into your office, it builds up about a population of 30 – 35 (minus those from its offspring’s) within a relatively short period of less than one year. • PEST HABITS Most indoor pests are good climbers, good jumpers (can jump down many feet), good squeezers (can pass tiny holes and gaps), good hiders, secluded nesters (nest in dark secluded areas where nesting material such as paper, cardboard, files etc. are readily available), shy and anti social etc. All these factors combine to increase the possibility of missing out a few during a one off fumigation exercise and increase the perpetuity of these pests. For example, the roof rat (Rattus rattus, Linnaeus) unlike the house mouse is very shy and antisocial thus avoids unusual items and changes in its habitat thereby making its control relatively more challenging. It is therefore imperative to conduct regular and repeated fumigation exercises in order to overcome these self-perpetuating habits of commonly encountered pests. • HEALTH RISKS Most of the pests have serious potential health risks and hazards being vectors, carriers and or transmitters of various diseases. These diseases have been found to be under-diagnosed in our environment due to dearth of modern diagnostic facilities. Thus a number of fevers assumed to be malaria fever are actually due to some of these pest borne diseases. Examples include; I. Plague – deadly disease vectored by rodent and rats II. Leptospirosis – vectored by rodents and rats III. Tulaeremia – vectored by flies IV. Relapsing fevers – vectored by louse and tick V. Oroya Fever- transmitted by sand flies VI. Enteric fevers (Typhoid and Paratyphoid) – flies play a significant role in transmission VII. Food Poisoning and Cholera – vectored by houseflies (Musca domestica) and a host of other common communicable diseases, which impair health, increase medical expenditure, reduce productive man-hours and ultimately reduce organizational productivity and effectiveness. It is therefore imperative to ensure that regular pest control activities are carried out to avoid the physically, psychologically and financially costly prospect of pest related diseases. UNLOCKING NEW EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN IMOKE # 20 THINGS YOU NEED TO DO BEFOR 30 OR YOU MUST HAVE DONE BEFOR 30 First I must say I like people who don’t talk too much, some things in life actually just have its own way of saying things for them self I have realized that they are three must important aspect of our life 1, OUR FAITH [OUR BELIEVE] 2, LOVE [OUR RELATIONSHIP] and 3, FINANCE Without any of this things life can be so miserable some of this things may be mention as we proceed. Lately I have discover that many young people just exist they deliberately do not have plans for their future. They just around they got excuses if you ask them what plans do you have for the future the next thing you hear from them is that ‘’AM STILL IN SCHOOL’ ‘or AM SERVING’’ OR I JUST FINISH SERVING OR AM STILL LOOKING FOR A JOB’’ There too many excuses that keep people in one position. A man who cannot plan has nothing to live for Too many people are not planning for their lives that’s why we have so many casualties falling on the road side. That’s why we have bitter parents, parents that want to convert their failure to our success, parents who want us to read what they couldn’t read and to achieve things they couldn’t archive What will your children grow up to know you for. what will they grow up to see you as. Begin to plan now 1,, DISCOVER YOURSELF-; its discovery that enlist you for life not necessary birth because you can be born but your useless. But the man of discovery has discovered or seen how he can contribute to life in a definite way. Greatness is not the accumulation of wealth you can be wealthy without being great. For instance proof Soyinka did not have any house or car on his own will you still conceder him as a great man [YES] because he has discovered how he can’t be ignored in life. Discover how you can never be ignored in life. Nobody is bigger than the quality of his mind you cannot do better than what is in your mind They so many empty mind walking around the street that has nothing to contribute to life. I don’t care what your wearing if you don’t have a right mind your still a nonentity waiting to be reveled Every one of us is born with a mind that will give God rest. Until a man discover himself he will still remain in the lowest profile of life he will be downgraded lowly look down upon your not respected because you have gray hair. It may be a mark of length of life but not a contribution to life some people living are just over stressing the social amenities of life for nothing [numbers 1v2v3] The bible says with good understanding make war. War there refers to purpose it refers to your assignment it refered to your tasked that God has set ahead of you but said from 20years and upward enlist them that has ability so that if at that point in life you have not discovered yourself then you got to sit up tight or else time will pass you bye events will overtake you A man at 30 who is still wondering who he is has very little chances to make it in life because from 20-30 God expect you to discover yourself to know what he has place in you to know the gifting he has put in you some people struggle to excel because they don’t know their gifting [provebs 18v ] the gift of a man makes room for him. So you don’t struggle to get they you discover and work at your discovery to get they What’s your gifting until you know your gifting you cant become a gift to your generations. A man who is not a gift to his world cant be celebrated by his world. I don’t want to somebody birthday that cant discover his purpose in life. What a birthday its an anniversary of the reason why you where born. Not the anniversary of the day you where born. [jer 1 v 5] The important thing about you is the reason for your birth not just your presence hear on earth. Don’t go for a birthday party if the celebrant cant define his purpose. And don’t celebrate your own if you cant define your purpose, just sleep. You must discover yourself. Man know they self because they is something about knowing yourself. The greatest thing that can happened to you is self discovery. And people who don’t know themselves depend on others people for their self definition. For as long as people keep on defining you and continue to tell you what they think you are and if you lives by their definition you can never be yourself because different people have different definitions of who you are A man who truly can’t define himself can’t be stable and consistence in life you don’t depend on others people to know who you are you depend on revelations to know who you are because they are many things you are that nobody has an idea yet that’s why the bible says eyes has not seen nor ears head what the lord has prepared for them that love him. I and God knows myself better than any other person in this world. They think you’re a lawyer but you are an artist the think you’re a doctor but you’re a singer they are planning to buy equipment but your saving to buy golf equipment when you succeed they forget what you studied what university did tiger-hood studied he is one of the wealthiest sport man in the world you will not even know if he went to a university at all I don’t even care if he went to a university but all I care for is that he is a big time celebrity. Please go to school its very good but first discover yourself the world will arise at the revelation of the treasure in you discovery gives you authority. When people discover their self everything they say people will believe even if their saying nonsense but I tell you if they got the box you better listing to them because after the none they is a little sense Discover yourself…………………………….. 2. before you become 30 you must have know how to use your gift to solve problem defiantly. The presence of the gifting is not as important as knowing how it works how does your gifting work let me show you some scripture [prov17v8] for as long as this man can turn this gift for as long as this man can make it work for as long as he can put it in sharp he will prosper, let me show you another scripture,[Mathew 13v24] treasure hid in a filed lets take it step by step. First they was a discovery and then the bible say when he discovered it he hid himself why did he hid to understand the treasure to ascertain the value of the treasure to know if it worth his time and life to know if its worth his resources if it worth his attention to know if he can engage him for a life time so he did an assessment then the bible now say for the joy thereof he saw something that was not obvious. you know its been said that many be the eyes that sees but few understand so he saw ehhhhhhhhhh he now go and sold everything he has he disconnected from every thing that he has been involved in. your purpose has the capacity to employ you for a life time men of purpose are always tied because they is always something to do with something that they have lean how to turn your gift lean how to apply it lean how to built system around your gift lean how to solve problems with them lean how to possetion them for reward. Some people who are eaning big is not about the measure of their gift but by the application of the gift lean how to use what you have to solve problem and then your task is to continuer to improve on your problem solving ability 3, before you become 30 you must have got some ideas on how to make money. Some people have a very poor mentality of what money is |
