Parliament has endorsed the creation of an EU Talent Pool platform.

This will facilitate recruitment of people from outside of the EU to work in member states and will be open to voluntary participation by member states.

Parliament voted on Tuesday to create the so-called “EU Talent Pool”, a digital platform to make it easier to recruit third-country nationals for work in the EU.
