I registered it last night and I sent mails to end users only to wake up to a mail from the CEO of Texasbestflooringcompany in king that the name is trademarked and no other person would buy it from me. He also talked about how I'd pay for all costs borne if he decides to sue me. He asked what I was going to do about it and I replied asking him what he wants me to do. He said he can go through the process of recovering the name from me since he trademarked it but it would be a long process so he was going to give me $50 for it. I then responded by apologizing for registering a trademarked name out of ignorance and countered his offer asking for $100. He bought it from Dan.com in 5 minutes.

I started domain business 2 years ago and all 4 domains I bought expired without a single sale. I went off for a year and decided to come back recently. Since then I have been building my portfolio and I have 5 names now. This is just to motivate anyone that is yet to make a sale. If I didn't give up you shouldn't.
