Urgent Vacancy for CSO Location:kirikiri layout, Lagos State Industry:Manufacturing Salary: Negotiable Job Summary A Chief Security Officer would ensure full compliance of security procedures across the group, with functional and in-depth knowledge of managing safety and security protocols. Duties & Responsibility 1. Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures for security management. 2. Ensure proper security orientation/weekly parade and briefing of internal and external security. 3. Implement and monitor process to reduce property and financial loss. 4. Monitor the state of physical security system such as CCTV, Alarm or Locks. 5. Assist in emergency management and contingency planning and planning of special security high risk events. 6. Coordinate and liaise duties of security unit and 3rd party security team. 7. Investigate suspected or reported internal or external theft incidence. 8. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report or investigate crimes committed on company premises. 9. Conduct periodical security audit and advice management respectively. 10. Coordinate with other unit and HOD in resolving operations issues. 11. Coordinate proper response to critical incident and civil disorder. 12. Develop budgets for security operations and follow up with requestions for security related equipment’s. 13. Write and review security related documents i.e incident report. 14.
