Position: HR Officer
Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and organized HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related functions and providing excellent support to employees.

Job responsibilities
Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business goals and best practices.
Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
Monitor and enhance performance management systems to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or dynamic environments.
Must be between age 30- 42year
HR Certifiation will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, Nigerian labor laws, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Must be able to work under presure.
Must posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have strong organizational and time management abilities.
Must posses proactive problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail.
Must be Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools is an advantage.

Position: Senior Accountant
Industry: Manufacturing

Salary: 400k-600k based on experience
Job summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant's responsibility include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
Senior Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
Must posses ICAN or ACCA certification is preferred.
Must have minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other accounting software such as Tally, sage, quickbook etc.
Ability to train and manage staff.
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
