Good morning Engineers, please i need help with my HTC M9, The phone wont come up when switched on.

It refuses to power off once powered on, it will remain as displayed below until battery runs down.

When you try to enter any of the menu displayed below, it reboots and returns to same page.

Please i really need to fix this phone. (Please note i was using the phone before)

You probably need to re flash the os

A router won't help the only MOBILE network that has NAT 2 is MTN. Spectranet, smile, ntel (occasionally) have NAT 2. There are some other ISPs that have it also.

I was using a wifi app (foxfi) on my my phone to play online with my ps4. now i can't seem to connect to PSN with my phone connection. it connects to the internet alright, but doesnt connect to PSN. As such, i cant edit my profile, play online, etc. May i kindly ask what internet connections u guys are using and network provider recommendations if possible. Id deeply appreciate feedbacks.

i have the same problem here. is it working now or not.

So yesterday I logged out my psn account on my ps4. I was downloading the fifa 17 patch that was just released (using psx helper).After that I tried logging in back but all I got was a ws-37397-9 error. I checked online for solutions, and what I got was that it was an ip problem. I use mtn for my internet connection. Has anyone had this same issue and how did you fix it.
