You were asked by Hello to send a mail instructing us to hand your package over to ANIDS, absolving Specuit of any responsibility if your package gets stolen/missing/damaged in transit via a transport company. You didn't do that all through yesterday neither did you state we should proceed with courier. We're sorry but we know how this turns out if a package gets stolen or missing in transit via a transport company and there's no explicit request asking us to dispatch via a transport company; it's the same reason why you refused to send the mail.

It wasn't until this morning when you were contacted by one of our couriers who called you because he was yet to get information on what to do with your package in his care that you mentioned you can't risk ANIDS if you have to send a mail absolving Specuit of any responsibility if your package gets missing, damaged or stolen in transit.

I'm afraid we can't take that risk for you or any other client. You can always ask a proxy in Lagos, Nigeria to pick up your package and dispatch to you via transport but we won't do that anymore; it's a risk we're not at liberty to take anymore.

You've provided the information we asked for since yesterday. Your package will be dropped off at your preferred courier office early tomorrow morning.
