Do I create the support ticket on the US embassy website?

There is no option to change or update your ds 160 on avits as at this moment. Therefore, you have to forget about that aspect but it is a common occurrence which the US embassy understand themselves. What you will do is to take the initial ds 160 confirmation on your avit and the new one together on your visa interview day. Alternatively, you can create awareness by creating a support ticket with the new ds 160 number may be the embassy can auto update it from their side . But you are good to go with old and new ds 160s.

Yes quickly fill another ds 160 which will indicate Abuja as your location and upon successful submission, you may go ahead to use the new Abuja based ds 160 and book your desired Abuja location appointment. Alternatively, you can book Abuja appointment with the Lagos ds 160 but you will still have to fill another Abuja based ds 160 so that it will match together. The point is , it is good that your ds 160 location match up with your visa appointment location.

Hi everyone,

Pls, I just submitted my ds 160 for and I have Lagos as my interview location in the submitted form but on getting to the avits website I realized that there are no dates for Lagos at all but there are dates for Abuja location. Can I book my appointment at the Abuja location with the submitted form or do I have to fill another ds 160 form? What do I need to do and I have also paid for the visa application fee already.
