I go drop observation as usual. Success in your music career. ![]() Biggest fan, Josh! |
archeotepryx:Bros, not all 'fame' is good fame. You have those that are destructive. This 1 Eazi is doing so, others have walked the path, garnering stupid controversies for themselves, plenty didn't end well. you know how sensitive naija social media and music community can be. |
GoggleB:My sentiments exactly. The boy matter tire me. Until he apologises for all the rubbish and ungratefulness he has been exhibiting make we just black list am, no more support for his product. Make e go Ghana go sell. Smh. |
[quote author=Chanchit post=44523907]Everyone at some point need someone to look in the eyes and ask "would you be there" if everything goes wrong. Such is the scenario with "Would you be there", a fusion of slow unconventional ballad with the popular soft rock genre, to give a nostalgic feeling when most lovers pop the 'please promise me' question. Bros bros. Maybe you no go remember me sha, I'm one of dem 1st fans . Anyway, its been more than a year since I came on NL, no be my fault sha, no vex. Meanwhile, "don't you dare" has been rocking my phone since ooh. Only for me to log in today now (31st May '16) and see a mention from my oga I dn play the song. Bros you too much, I just dy listen for pleasure sha, not with the ear of a critic, and even when I do, def I'm sure I will find cool observations. Buh rock fans will love this But the concerns I expressed in "don't you dare", you addressed them, I can actually hear the electric guitars and the drumming was fantastic towards the end. Your vocals do improve too. You good bros (y) Eh hen o, Oga Chancit , no be "sometimes" be dis wey u re-record so? |
Chancit! See rock music nau, hehehe nice one bros. Thanks for the mention, I've been really busy, just came on and saw this now. And "sometimes" was wonderful, just production issues. When you have "free" money and time, re-record am again. "Don't you dare" make sense wella. Only say I com dy strain to listen to electric guitar (lol no mind me, na instrument wey I like 4 rock music be dat). And the drumming was too I dunno, maybe "routine", make producer put some (double n triple) strokes, nice rolls, go a lil offbeat, etc in subsequent tracks. (Mke we get dat 'live band' feeling) ![]() And bros o, work on pronunciation of words (abi na your accent?), had this same issue with "sometimes". (Wetin u tok 4 95% sef). At least 4 d sake of your "incoming" international audience. u knw na. And finally, try put your lyrics on the internet,at times na lyrics dy attract us to tracks, and you've got nice ones (from your demos). There are sites, blogs wher u fit submit lyrics. So dat as u dy giv us link to track, u giv us link to d lyrics too. U understand na. If I notice anytin again I go let you know. (Y) Update me on new tracks o. Thanks boss |
Again, from personal findings, confirmations from class mates and my senior colleagues, nobody in 500l constituency aka class of titans goes by the name Daniel Iyoha! |
