First, how do one even make such foolish mistake when every app or USSD shows the name of the beneficiary before you send money.

She initiated transfer from Moniepoint to PalmPay which means she has to hold Moniepoint as most banks or fintech banks will always state a caveat “refund is not guaranteed as it depends on the availability of the funds in the beneficiary’s account”.
She produced a court order which at that time the beneficiary had withdrawn the money.

I always tell people don’t always rush to send money especially big funds please check and recheck to avoid stories that touch.
