CJStarz:Comparison isn't what we need now. The truth is most of the clergy in all religious beliefs are actually not saints, none of them is close to that but the problem is they thrive on the ignorance of their congregation. Like I said earlier, this cut across all religions. |
Stuck on Stockholm syndrome is a thing here not only in marriage even in politics and geography, more reason you see some people are ready to defend their oppressors with the last drop of their blood... |
This is Nigeria! |
Keke with small police case. T and C be like the more you look the less you see. |
Walezy2020:most Nigerians, I mean the well to do tend to underpay artisans and menial staff doing odd jobs and this will always have a ripple effect. If you have the means pay those people well and stop trying to be half wise. As I'm typing this someone is still doing the same thing. |
Kaliningrad:the world stand with Gaza or let me say a sizable chunk of the continent stood with them yet the killings goes on unabated, standing isn't enough but putting it to action is the way to go about it otherwise..... |
Dogalmighty17:We don't have readers again, just people who skim through things and are easily distracted... |
First half win in, we live to fight another day. |
If Hisbah decide to enter every nooks and crannies for north, dem go pack plenty Islamic preachers on top this matter but dem just die the thought as this one nobi breaking beer challenge.. |
Not like the current administration is filled with saints either, who's fooling who. Most Nigerian politicians don't even understand the basics of what their offices entails, just vibes and corruption... |
SlavaUkraini:Not that simple, those who have a solid background in coding will beat you hands down. AI is good no doubt about it, prompting is beautiful but give it up to those who are grounded in the technicalities. Don't let anybody deceive you. |
When it's all said and done, we don't like ourselves that much and it's obvious. |
Amazingly, none of the educated and logically emotional beings grace this thread. All is fair in love, war and Sango Otta. |
The devil actually know that Nigeria president is actually saying the truth. Nigerian politicians are just fantastic. |
Nigeria should've be among this list but kudos to the north for teaching a step forward and a thousand steps backward when it comes to development. |
This rabbling rouser should just shut the crap up. A trade marked liar from day one.... |
descarado:Might just follow suit too, saying otherwise seems like a wasted effort. |
The rich gets richer and the poor get screwed so motivational speakers start saying what's untrue. |
merrymike47:Nobody should sit and study how the average Fulani thinks, an eye for eye is what most of them need to keep things in check. A rejoinder, The marriage refusal case is pure lie and it's so shameful that media houses are in bed with the killers. |
Funny enough, even with the gold, Zamfara is more of a ghost town and Kebbi is another land where nothing much can be written about. Just dry lands, vibes and inshallah. Meanwhile, the issue of having a law inside another law is quite a problematic discourse in Nigeria, why create room for Shariah when we have the Nigeria constitution, you see that's one of the problems we are currently battling in Nigeria. Most Bahushes believes that the Shariah law supercede the Nigeria constitution. Talks about people mentality... That's why we are stuck here. |
As a Nigerian, there's a rule of thumb that most of us should learn to abide by: Once any government body or parasatals deny any incident, kindly note that they are lying. We've seen so many antecedents and precedents to be able draw a noteworthy conclusion. |
Watch how the allegations will die down and the affected citizens will go about their business like nothing happened. This is disgraceful. |
Don't even know what to say.. But in another related story, I hope the lecturer from the department of architecture suffering from serious inferiority complex that destroyed a student project during defense will be duly punished for that gross misconduct. Most of the people saddled with disseminating information in our ivory towers need to pass through a mandatory brain check before they can be allowed to do their work. |
Well, well, anything to get the broomies, the umbrellas and the so called obidents super agitated and busy is a welcome idea by this set of politicians. Many will probably die and resurrect a billion time before that day. |
BeardedMeat:Stockholm Syndrome is real. More reason, I don't rate most Nigerians, we can only bark we dare not bite, our politicians understand this so well. I'm 100% sure that somebody is on this thread either doubting this or ready to twist the whole narrative to make the so called government appear like a saint. Those are the problem we face here. |
The pulpit is already enshrined in politics, sir. |
Stephen0mozzy:Religious Stockholm Syndrome is just a part of the bigger picture what about those who see through the gimmicks of the politicians who don't give two cents about them but still go ahead to defend them and write rubbish about the opposition, those ones are highly stuck on Stockholm Syndrome. I have zero pity for her and her likes, as the pastor or any clergy man, I'm always sceptical about their private lives and truth be told there's always more to all their fine and polished sermons and all that, most are trashy when the spotlight is gone. |
There's a hill I'm ready to march on, politics and pulpit are terms that share similar trait. Doesn't matter if you practice any of the established religions or simply someone who is irreligious, politics have a way of getting to you. |
![]() Trust me, Nairaland emotionally logical beings will dot this thread like maddddd |
The first method for estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to look at the men he has around him. -Niccolò Machiavelli Cc. Tinubu and the spirited party faithful scattered and littered over here. |
Without even reading through the content, I know it will be a black American. |
